Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All of our jewellery is made to order, making it unique for you.

 

We will aim to complete all orders within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee the timing of your arrival via Australia Post or other carriers.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All products will be mailed via standard Australia Post.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Free postage is available for orders over $45.

International Shipping

At this stage we do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at beautyandthebeads@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Beauty & the Beads accepts returns of unworn, unused and undamaged products for full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Items received after 15 days will be refunded via store credit.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping cost. Return labels will not be provided.
